As always Tim got the job done and made it easy. There was an issue with the Title company during closing, we called Tim and in moments the situation was resolved. Who does that? I have referred many people to Tim and will continue to do so. He has helped several people get their credit to where it needed to be so they could get the loan they needed. He was not only a lender but also a credit counselor. Again, he made it easy.
